Terms & Conditions: By purchasing any service, healing, item or product from my business, you agree to the following:

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as during acts of God (struck by lightning, flash flood etc.), I will not be available to perform readings/healings etc. Therefore, a new date and time of availability will be rescheduled for you when I am next and best suited to be available.

• If a consumer is inappropriate during a reading, healing, or any service which is provided. I will end the service immediately and the consumer will receive a refund.

 

Pre-Purchasing Policy:

Please know that this website and Ko-fi (where my products are sold) will only take purchases through PayPal. There are options to use other transactional services, however, certain payment providers discriminate against spiritual, alternative, occult, witchy, psychic and 'pseudoscientific' services. This is why I have decided to only accept PayPal.

Purchasing Policy:

• By purchasing any of my online content, such as digital content access or digitally sent documents, you acknowledge that you can not redistribute, copy, or reproduce the contents of this type of purchase. 

• You acknowledge that any product delivered electronically (other than services), will not be eligible for refunds.

• By purchasing any online reading or online distance energy healing, you acknowledge that you are purchasing an online reading, not a face-to-face reading.

• By purchasing any service, you acknowledge it is your own responsibility to understand how the platform works and any technical issues you may experience during any service are not my responsibility.

• You acknowledge I do not provide tech support, nor will I answer any tech-related questions. If you have an issue, please contact the provider of the platform or a professional technical supporter beforehand.

• You acknowledge that all advice given is for entertainment purposes only and is not a substitute for legal or medical advice.

• By purchasing any service or product, you acknowledge I am not responsible for any actions you take as a result of any advice given in any of my services.

• I am not responsible for romantic or any loss experienced as a result of any purchases on my website.

• You acknowledge that you have read all descriptions of any product and service before purchase, and understand what comes and is expected of you as part of purchasing the described product. 

• You may review any product, service or content for your blog, website, YouTube channel, social media or any other similar platform. However, in doing so you understand that you can refer to products and content and mention them but you must not publish any of their content as your own. This is classed as plagiarism and will result in legal consequences. If you wish to republish any content of mine, please request written permission from me beforehand.

Refund Policy: Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to cancel, request a modification, request for a refund (under circumstances where goods are faulty or are misdescribed) within 14 days of purchase, anytime after 14 days of any order, you cannot request a refund. In addition to your legal rights, we also allow you to return physical goods if you simply change your mind. Please return the unused goods to my address with the original receipt within 14 days and we will offer you an exchange or a refund.

My Right to Refuse: I reserve the right to refuse anyone any purchase from my website, pages, or any other platform of which I am part or restrict your access to my content at my discretion.

Other Conditions:

1. Please know that when purchasing a healing, reading, product or any other service, I will not tolerate any hatred or hostility towards myself whether it is face to face, over email, or through messaging. In the case that this happens, I have the right to refuse my services to you, block and not refund any payments where a service has been already produced.

2. Some clients like to ask for clarification after a reading or a service, this may be because you may not understand correctly, or misinterpreted what I have given you. In the case this happens, you are allowed to request to gain clarification on the questions and the service which I provided. However, please know that I will refuse to answer any questions not related to the given reading at hand, as this is not relevant.

3. I have noticed specific clients will repeatedly ask for clarification on their reading when I have already given clarifications multiple times. If you do not understand my clarifications, I kindly request that you research the definitions I provide or ask someone else. Repeatedly asking the same questions or trying to 'force' an answer out of me will not be tolerated.

4. Very rarely, clients can come back to me and tell me I haven't answered their questions correctly, or that I have not given them the answers that "they wanted". In these cases please make sure if you have a question, describe clearly what your intention is and what you want to know information about. Putting little description can result in very broad answers. For example, within a relationship reading, many clients ask, "What does he/she think of me?" This is one question in itself, and can result in a lot of detail. However, a client may claim that they wanted to know if the relationship between them and their said person will result in a romantic one. This is different to what the client asked and can cause losses for both the client and the reader. A simpler and clearer question would be "What do I need to know about me and said person developing into a romantic relationship?" I ask you kindly to make the description clear as I will not ask a second time.
